Know her rhythm. Cook for it.
Chocolate picks recipes for each phase of her cycle, for both your tastes, from what's in season near you. She tracks her cycle. You both eat well.
Cycle apps tell you when. Recipe apps don't know her cycle exists. Chocolate tells you both what to cook, and why.
Every recipe is picked for three reasons
- Iron
Her phase
Iron and warm food during her period, fresh food as energy returns, slow carbs in the days before the next one.
- No coriander
Both your tastes
Diets, allergies and dislikes for each of you, plus how much time and skill the cook has tonight.
- Squash in season
The season, where you live
Produce at its best near you this month. In London in October that means squash, pears, kale and beetroot.
One square at a time
Four squares of a bar, four phases of a cycle. Pick one to see what she might feel, what helps, and what to cook.
For her
Energy often dips and cramps are common.
Iron, magnesium and warm food help: lentils, leafy greens, ginger and a square or two of dark chocolate.
For you
Do Take dinner off her plate. A hot water bottle goes a long way.
Try not to Plan a big night out this week.
Shown for a 28-day cycle; Chocolate adjusts to hers. Food that supports each phase, not medical advice.

Questions
Is this medical advice?
No. Recipes are built on everyday nutrition, like iron, magnesium, fibre and steady energy, and will be reviewed by a registered dietitian before launch. If something feels wrong, talk to a doctor.
What if her cycle is irregular, or she's on the pill?
Chocolate shows ranges rather than exact dates and learns from what she logs. With hormonal contraception, recipes follow how she feels rather than a phase.
Does my partner see everything?
No. She picks what's shared: phase only, phase and mood, or more. Her notes and logs stay private unless she shares a single item.
Is it only for men and women?
No. It works for any couple where one of you has a cycle. You set names and pronouns when you start.
What will it cost?
Tracking and recipes are free. Chocolate+ adds the full recipe library, weekly plans, shopping lists and heads-ups, and one subscription covers you both. We'll share the price before launch.
Where will it be available?
We're starting in the UK, Ireland, France, the US and Australia, in English first.
